At Touchstone Ranch Recovery Center, we believe professional help means taking a whole patient approach for treatment of substance use disorders. A patient-centered recovery plan may include a combination of clinical, peer, and community support along with medication to assist treatment goals.
There are several FDA-approved medications that can reduce urges and cravings, minimize withdrawal symptoms, prolong sobriety, deter you from drinking alcohol by adverse effects, and improve treatment retention for alcohol and opioid use disorders. There are also several medications that have been researched that may help with stimulant and marijuana use disorders.

What to Expect in Our MAT Program
During a consultation at TRRC, we will review your medical records, current physical and mental health, and history of drug use.
Diagnostic lab tests may be performed to help our team reach a diagnosis and gain a more in-depth understanding of the medications needed for your treatment.
Some of the medications we may prescribe include Vivitrol, buprenorphine, naltrexone, disulfiram, acamprosate, or naloxone.
Your individualized treatment plan will likely consist of your prescribed medications, as well as psychotherapy, other integrative therapies, community support, and equine therapy.
If you've tried to quit drinking and/or using drugs on your own without success, you are not alone.

This place is AMAZING! If you are seeking complete rehabilitation with strong aftercare, look no further. The staff is caring and always there to help. The education, facilities, and food are all phenomenal. The counselors are genuine and truly want to get to the core of your addiction, not just detox you and send you on your way. I stayed for an additional month, a total of 4, and they worked with me on the financial piece since insurance coverage had ended. It was completely worth the cost and I couldn’t be more grateful. While I hope to never relapse, if I do, I will be back there in a heartbeat.
I was at Touchstone a few years ago. I am from NC and it was SO worth the plane ticket. I can’t thank Debbie enough for what she did for me. She had an awesome staff. Her counselors were amazing, the nurses were wonderful, and the food was much better than you get at home!! When you are away from family you want to be around people who care for you. You also want a great place to be comfortable and sleep well!! Debbie cares about you being comfortable and she makes sure the little things and the big things are taken care of!!!
